Mr. King has forty years experience in the construction business. He has successfully completed both residential and commercial projects. Mr. King holds licenses for Asbestos Consultant, Lead Risk Assessor/Inspector, and Mold Consultant and meets the EPA qualifications for Phase I, II, and III Environmental Site Assessments.

Mrs. King has served as financial officer for King Consultants and other companies associated with King Consultants for the past forty years. Mrs. King's innate understanding of accounting procedures has allowed King Consultants an "A" rating with Dunn & Broadstreet.

Mr. Erwin before joining King Consultant was construction procurement officer for the federal prison system in the Dallas Ft Worth area and throughout the United States for twenty years. Mr. Erwin holds licenses for Asbestos Inspector, Asbestos Project Manager, Asbestos Air Monitoring Technician and Mold Inspector.

 

The experience gained in working for the federal government is invaluable in meeting our clients needs.

Prior to joining King Consultants , Mr. Allen served for thirty-five years as the Maintenance Director and Custodial Manager for a large school district. Mr. Allen is licensed as an Asbestos Inspector, Asbestos Project Manager, Asbestos Air Monitoring Technician, Lead Risk Assessor/Inspector, Mold Technician and is certified to conduct Environmental Site Assessments.

 

Mr. Allen’s experience makes him invaluable in meeting the needs of school districts. Mr. Allen also has many other clients including large universities, hospitals and cities.

Mr. Cannon has been with King Consultants for the past fifteen years and has successfully managed projects that were large both in dollar amount and scope such as a several month long project for the Lockheed Martin Missile Plant in Fort Worth. Mr. Cannon holds licenses for Asbestos Inspector, Asbestos Project Manager, Asbestos Air Monitoring Technician and Mold Inspector.

Mr. Scammahorn joined King Consultants in 2007 and has become a valuable asset to the company. His prior experience working with the Comanche Nation has given him great insight into tribal operations and trust land matters. Because Mr. Scammahorn is detail oriented he is instrumental in working with clients technical needs which includes CAD Drawings.

 

Mr. Scammahorn is licensed as a Texas Asbestos Consultant and Lead Risk Assessor/Inspector. He also holds licenses in Oklahoma as an Asbestos Inspector, Lead Risk Assessor/Inspector, and holds B Operator, D Wastewater and B Water Lab licenses. In addition, Mr. Scammahorn holds an EPA Lead Certification for New Mexico and Region 6 Tribal Lands.

Mr. Hassoldt joined King Consultants in early 2009 and holds licenses for Asbestos Project Manager, Asbestos Inspector, Asbestos Air Monitoring Technician and Mold Inspector. Mr. Hassoldt also serves KC in the area of technical and marketing needs.
